The Willow Creek State Recreation Area is renowned for its wildflower displays. Once covered with glacial deposits, the area is now dotted with hundreds of lakes and ponds creating the perfect habitat for mammals and birds — and wildlife observing. Camping is available here and there is a small parking fee.
