The Main Visitor Center of the Everglades National Park provides exhibits about the habitats within the park, the park’s history, and information about hurricanes, particularly the 1992 Hurricane Andrew which destroyed the original visitor center, but also brought new life to the park by distributing seeds and opening up the environment for sunlight.
